Abstract: Limited research exists on the possible association between duration of symptoms and clinical outcomes following hip arthroscopy for labral tears. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether duration of symptoms affected clinical and patient-reported outcome (PRO) scores following hip arthroscopy for labral tears. From 2008 to 2011, data were collected prospectively on all patients undergoing primary hip arthroscopy for labral tears.
